Is there a ZSE movement in a baoshihua 7120?

The ZSE and ZSH were different movements used in different watches (although Shanghai No. 2 did commission Shanghai Watch Factory to produce Baoshihua brand watches for a short time in the 1980s; they have ZSH movements). A ZSE movement wouldn't appear inside a straight-from-the-factory vintage 7120. Is it a later agglomeration of parts? Possibly.

What is the difference between 7120 & 8120?

They are sold at about the same price at local flea markets. 7120 has a Tongji movement (aka ZSH or SS7), whereas 8120 has a B movement (aka SB1 or SS8). Just noticed good-stuffs now has a couple new dial variations on their kontiki homage (blue dial and white dial) with 8120 movement.
